WMB Women’s Programs
WMB Women’s Boot Camp is an indoor/ outdoor interval of training incorporating cardio, strength training, plyometrics, cardio-kickboxing and self defense to achieve the desired results. WMB will challenge you by offering the consistence of positive motivation from our instruction team.
Boot Camp is exactly as the name implies- It’s designed to kick your butt!!
WMB Kids Programs
Kids range from age 4 through12 depending on skill level. At WMB Training Center, the focus of our youth program is to instill confidence and self worth to allow children to develop the skills necessary for achieving their highest potential. Through martial arts instruction; the goal is to build a solid foundation of mental toughness, focus, confidence, and character necessary to achieve life’s goals. Kids self defense include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Karate, and Kickboxing. Techniques are taught to instill a confident attitude and maintain a good level of physical fitness. Throughout this process, safety is our number one priority. This class will also teach discipline and self control while learning the martial arts core values for defending ones self, ones property, or well being of another from physical harm. In addition, each child receives a physical fitness assessment and physical fitness program embedded with each lesson.
WMB Adult Programs
The WMB Training Center adult program is designed to uncover self- confidence through unparalleled physical conditioning, and mastering self defense arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We strive to custom fit a program for everyone to assist with physical fitness, everyday stress, and the mastering of the martial arts.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- coined the Gentle art, attempts to focus on the application of traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while wearing the traditional uniform. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- a martial art, combat sport, and self defense art form focuses on grappling with the ultimate goal of gaining a position of dominance using joint locks, and choke holds to force an opponent to submit. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for self defense, sport grappling, physical fitness and mixed martial arts (MMA). Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are taught by a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt for optimal learning and achievement. For this class, a traditional Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kimono will be required.
Muay Thai Kickboxing- also called Thai Boxing is practice in several Southeast Asian countries including Thailand. Muay Thai literally means “the art of 8 limbs” referring to the use of 8 weapons to defend yourself. Hands, elbows, knees, and shins are all taught to be used to defend from attacks.
Mixed Martial Arts- is the fastest growing sports medium in America. With the popularity of it many applications like self defense, physical fitness, and a well rounded approach to martial arts in general. Mixed Martial arts includes wrestling techniques, submission skills, grappling, traditional boxing, muay thai kickboxing, effective striking both standing and ground and pound techniques. This is a high impact workout for all levels.
Submission Grappling- is the art of grappling and Brazilian techniques without the use of the traditional uniform. It includes wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Sambo and how to apply these art forms in real life scenarios.
